I have spent years declaring I'm starting a blog, and failing to start a blog. When I called my mother to tell her I was throwing this page together, she was skeptical.

Was this merely another 11pm idea that would dwindle by the morning?

 

Was this an excuse to focus on something other than the screenwriting portfolio I'm meant to be building?

Was I just doing this because my roommate has a website, and I think it looks cool?

​

The answer to all of the above is, "Yes."

It's an outlet as I suppress my post-grad dread, and attempt to let go of the pressure to produce perfect, focused work; it's my menagerie of self-indulgent, spontaneous pieces, written for no purpose except to regain my creativity, which has officially been missing since 2014.
